Thank You to Lou Campese for helping the Barta Tournament get on the John Boy & Billy show on May 15th. Cynthia Barber, Tournament Director, John Eppehimer of Sportfishermen.com and Capt. Tred enjoyed the morning talking about the tournament and the auction. It was a great time in Charlotte and the entire crew embraced the event and helped us promote the tournament, Tred’s fishing auction and all of the other auction items which are currently available for bid on Sportfishermen.com. Who knows, maybe John Boy will show up in July!
Tred now has a crew for the Barta Boys and Girls Club Billfish Tournament. The bidding ended on May 21st and the trip went for $10,000! Thank you to all who bid and to the winners have a great time and maybe Capt. Tred will pull out a win!
The Calcutta Boys & Girls Club Street and Art Fair is finalized and thank you to Calcutta for sponsoring the event. The fair will be open to the public and will include all of the marine artist, a Calcutta Product Tent and LOTS of fun carnival games for the kids, face painting, sand art, exhibits and much more. Tickets for games are only $.50 each (some games require more tickets) so this is a very economical way for the family to spend the day and enjoy the fun.
